Office Administrative Assistant

**Responsibilities**:
- Monitor, maintain and order office supplies and equipment (in MBC & OPC) but not limited to Stationaries, Groceries, Medications, Pantry items, toner
- Monitor and maintenance of existing office facility and equipment
- Source for quotations, ensure related items have been invoiced and liaise with Finance for payment
- Responsible for mail sorting, distribution and courier services
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
**Requirements**:
- Diploma in any field
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in office administration
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Meticulous, organised and analytical
- Ability to work well with management and staff at all levels
- Good working attitude, tactful and possess excellent communication skills
- The person will work in office from 8.30am to 12.30pm from Monday to Friday
Pay: $800.00 - $1,000.00 per month
