Assistant Office Manager

Temasek Lifesciences Accelerator (TLA) is hiring an Assistant Office Manager for one of our portfolio companies - Aqualita Ecotechnology.
Aqualita Ecotechnology is a spin-off company from Temasek Life Sciences Laboratory which has developed a groundbreaking urban Recirculating Aquaculture System (RAS) technology that is scalable, modular, and versatile for fish farming. We are seeking a motivated individual who is enthusiastic about making a positive impact on the community and eager to contribute to an early-stage company in achieving Singapore’s “30 by 30” food security goal.
**Job responsibilities**:
- Assist in day-to-day operation for HR, admin and procurement matters.
- Assist with HR related activities, e.g., training & development, staff welfare program and company events.
- Assist in preparing reports and presentation slides.
- Assist in the management of HR related projects.
- Assist in ad-hoc events.
- Undertake any ad-hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor.

- Analytical, organized and critical thinker
- Strong communication skills with an attention to details
- Demonstrates initiative, enjoys working in a fast paced, dynamic and entrepreneurial organisation, and able to balance multiple tasks
**Qualifications**
- Min. diploma qualification in business administration or related field.
- Knowledge of processes in HR, Finance and Procurement.
- Min. 5 years of HR and Admin experience.
- Min. 3 - 5 years experience in full set of Accounts
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $3,000.00 - $4,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
