Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the automotive industry and other potential sectors. **Relationship Building**: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in target companies. Represent Appvantage at industry events, trade shows, and conferences. **Sales Expertise**: - Prepare comprehensive sales proposals and presentations for potential clients. - Manage existing client accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and identifying upsell opportunities. - Collaborate with internal teams to create tailored digital solutions for clients. **Market Intelligence**: Provide valuable insights on market trends and competitor analysis to inform company strategy. Manage and report on sales pipeline, forecasts, and key performance indicators. **Leadership and Reporting**: Regularly update the Chief Revenue Officer on regional performance and strategic initiatives. **Job Requirements** - **Educational Background**: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. - **Experience**: At least 5 years in business development or sales, preferably in automotive or technology sectors. - **Track Record**: Proven history of meeting or exceeding sales targets. - **Communication**: Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. - **Tech-Savvy**: Proficiency in creating compelling proposals and presentations. Experience with CRM systems and sales management tools. - **Mobility**: Ability to travel within the assigned region. - **Client Management**: Demonstrated success in account management and customer retention.
