Regional(Apac) Business Development Manager

**Responsibilities**:
- developing and growing company’s business activities and revenue from new and existing market segments and channels.
- Contributes to developing business development strategies and creates annual business development plans for specific markets to reach required business objectives and revenue.
- Close cooperation with the Marketing department, organising and participating in industry networking events and customer engagement activities to increase brand value and awareness and build customer preference.
- Processes regular competitor analyses to maintain market awareness, help determine appropriate prices for each solution, optimize the solution design and eventually win market shares.
- Identify and engage with potential partners, relevant authorities, industry stakeholders and key decision makers to deliver on new business opportunities
- Based on the APAC market, analyse the company’s products and processes and find ways to improve sales cycles (from leads generation, initial customer engagement, qualifying, consultation to closure)
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor Degree above
- At least 8 years of experience in an communication industry with customer facing experience and ‘general’ cross-functional operations, commercial, tech background
- MNC experience and APAC experience are preferred.
- Excellent negotiator with proven track record to close deal and win new business.
