What you'll be doing?- Lead pitches: Develop and deliver customized pitches for high-value events, showcasing unique offerings.
- Generate leads: Identify and qualify new business opportunities through networking and targeted outreach.
- Manage clients: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
- Oversee projects: Coordinate with teams to deliver seamless and innovative experiential events.
- Brainstorm ideas: Create and prototype new IP ideas, integrating creative and marketing strategies.
- Pursue revenue streams: Identify and develop non-event revenue opportunities, such as licensing and partnerships.
- Mentor team: Guide and train a small team, fostering a culture of innovation and growth.
- Collaborate with leadership: Align business strategies with company vision and goals.
- Stay updated: Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices to enhance event offerings.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in business development or sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Event Management, or related field.
- Skills: Strong networking, communication, and presentation skills. Familiarity with IP development and event technologies is a plus.
- Flexibility: Willingness to travel and work flexible hours, including weekends.
- Knowledge: Understanding of Singapore's event industry and local vendors is advantageous.
