In order to accelerate the positive impact of ecommerce to our business in Pernod Ricard Singapore and elevate our ecommerce practices by mutualizing, centralizing and building expertise with a new ecommerce team to consolidate the e-SIS management and the e-retailers management.
- Reporting to the Sales Manager - Off-Trade, the Key Account Development Partner, eCommerce is responsible for delivering brand objectives both quantitatively (volume and profit) and qualitatively (visibility, activation, consumer engagement) in the E-Commerce channel which comprises of Shop-in-Shops, On-Demand Delivery & E-Retailers.
- The incumbent will have to design the E-Commerce commercial strategy and plan that enable us to block competitors on our leading categories and catch-up market share over competitors on growth relay categories as well as design appropriate communication and negotiation plan.
- The incumbent will manage day-to-day operations of e-commerce platforms such as Shopee and Lazada and drive online activities in relation to traffic acquisition, sales, customer service, content maintenance, order & inventory management across all E-Commerce accounts by working closely with Marketing, Supply Chain and Finance.
- The incumbent will be responsible for designing and executing brand activations and sales promotion plans by deploying the right tools to drive Integrated digital marketing campaigns with customers. He / she must also drive maximum business impact and improve business ROI by developing KPIs and evaluating the effectiveness of these investments with strong data analytics.
- The incumbent must be able to drive strategic negotiations as well as identify gaps and opportunities to grow PRS E-Commerce business. He / she will have to establish close partnership with his / her customers with the aim to improve the level of partnership to put position PRS as a key partner of choice through active engagement and joint-business planning.
- The incumbent will coach and manage 1 direct report and take lead in elevating the digital marketing skillsets within the Off-Trade Sales Team.

**Job Requirements**:

- Degree holder with formal business qualifications or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years relevant experience in E-Commerce, preferably with experience in managing E-commerce platforms / customers such as Shopee, Lazada & FoodPanda
- Experience in digital marketing

- Strong critical thinking and data analytical skills/capabilities
- Up-to date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurements
- Must be result orientated, aggressive, committed, and proactive
- Ability to multi-task and work independently in a fast-paced environment
- A team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent command of spoken and written English
- Experience in leading team / people management
