**Purpose of Job**

To translate Ecommerce Vision by winning in business development strategies and implementing these in line with agreed priorities.

Key priorities, in adherence to the agreed strategic roadmap for eCommerce, include:

- Supporting the Senior eCommerce Manager and growth of marketplaces (Lazada, Shopee, Qoo10 & more), by working closely with cross functional teams’ teams to implement key initiatives
- Lead marketplaces through close partnership with enabler to drive SG Ecommerce growth
- Managing Ecommerce channel revenue growth vs profitability, and profitability vs other channels

**Overall Responsibilities**
- Key account management and Trade Spend & P&L management for managed accounts
- Build solid and long-term relationships with strategic partners
- Manage revenue growth, numbers of orders, number of customers, and average order value for managed accounts
- Support eCommerce Manager in execution of online marketplace campaigns and thematic promotions.
- Proactively analyze sales trends, conduct analysis on sell through data, prepare reports and monitor sales performance.

**eCommerce Campaigns - Execution**
- Lead marketplaces growth acceleration, driving sales performance through managing and executing promotional campaigns, optimizing P&L and management of on platform tools.
- Optimize traffic & conversion based on integrated eCommerce KPI dashboard. Coordinate brand activation tools & messaging across digital platforms
- Liaising with cross-function teams - marketing, sales, distributor, supply chain and finance to coordinate campaign readiness.
- Work closely with sales, operations, and marketing team across the organization to optimize business practices and efficiency

**Digital & eCommerce Insights**
- Competitor tracking of digital activities - pricing and best practices
- Recommend new platforms, etc for digital experimentation
- Develop & recommend eCommerce initiatives with a growth mindset.

**Improving Customer Experience at our Online stores**
- Support on day to day administrative and online store operations.
- Adaptation of marketing visuals fit for purpose on eCommerce platforms.
- Ratings & Reviews tracking and sentiments
- Coordinating and liaising with customers for contest giveaways and product questions.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in business (or marketing) and IT
- 5+ years’ experience with ecommerce incl. P&L responsibility, Customer Development, driving traffic and conversion and digital projects
