As part of the Process Solutions eCommerce team, in strong collaboration with commercial and marketing members, your global peers and partners, you play a meaningful role in driving the growth of new and existing business at customers through this channel.

You are responsible to drive and implement the regional eCommerce Strategy, the expansion of the use of the eCommerce channels (B2C and B2B) and builds the value proposition both internally and externally for the APAC region.

You will serve as a key interface between digital, IT, and commercial teams for APAC eCommerce related topics.

With a strong understanding of local market needs, you are autonomously drive the definition of relevant market segments for strategy execution, customer specific strategies in collaboration with the sales organization, and ensures a detailed and timely execution. This role will be based in Singapore.

**Your Role**
- Leveraging global strategy, build a bottom-up plan by country, by customer, by account manager and by business unit, to own and drive eCommerce and strongly steering the commercial conversation regionally
- Creating annual SWOT assessment of the local landscape (countries, customers) in the digital commerce space addressing strategy, capabilities & key business priorities
- Driving competitive analysis and supervising best-in class innovations and industry trends, and sharing takeaways with relevant partners
- Understanding the technical landscape and the implications for our strategy, and actively participating in leading change within the organization
- Building strategic partnership with key internal partners to drive better customer experience
- Based on the bottom-up plan, driving assortment and catalog optimization recommendations to relevant partners for joint implementation
- Preparing and presenting eCommerce capabilities and opportunities to customers with commercial partners
- Influencing overall eCommerce roadmap in the APAC region

**Who You Are**
- Master's degree in science, engineering or business
- Knowledge of the pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical business environment with 10 years of proven experience in B2B eCommerce related functions ideally with a Life Science specialization (a mix of experience in B2C and B2B is a plus)
- eCommerce expertise with Business development experience and proven track of record of eCommerce projects implementation
- Understanding of eCommerce technical infrastructure: back end, systems, architecture
- Excellent command of English (and another Asian language), with a proactive and outspoken approach and ability to communicate effectively with impact
- Ability to travel intra APAC (up to 20 %)
- Dedicated with a strong sense of ownership, and work autonomously and independently
- Commercial acumen, with outstanding problem solving, detailed approach and analytical skills with ability to adapt
- Self-driven, with strong ability to work autonomously and independently
- Previous work experience within a multi-national, multi-cultural matrix environment with experience in change management
- 2 years previous work experience outside of the region, preferably in Europe or North America
- Capable of interacting, influencing and establishing positive relationships with relevant internal partner, managers / directors.
