
Business Development Manager

Location: Tampines MRT (30 minutes travel to the work location by bus)
**Job Description**:
- **Client Identification and Acquisition**
Prospecting & acquiring clients in various sectors (government, transportation, real estate, agriculture, and urban planning)
- **Solution Proposal and Presentation**
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to showcase the value proposition of map services, addressing client needs and objectives.
- **Partnership Development**
Identify and forge strategic partnerships with solution providers, technology firms, industry associations, and government agencies to expand the reach and capabilities of map services.
- **Develop, Implement Sales Strategies and Action to Achieve KPIs**
Identify key sales opportunities, prioritize leads,and optimize resource allocation for maximum sales performance.
- **Contract Negotiation and Closure**
Ensure all contractual terms are clearly defined and mutually beneficial.
- **Performance Tracking and Reporting**
Utilize analytics tools to monitor performance metrics in real-time.
- **Market Research & Analysis**
Identify emerging market trends and assess competitive landscapes to inform business strategies.
- **Client Relationship Management**
Regularly engage with clients to address concerns and identify opportunities for collaboration
**Requirements**:
- Degree in Business & IT.
- A certification in **Geographic Information Systems (GIS)** or a technical field related to **geospatial technology** is highly desirable.
- Software proficiency in CRM software, sales management tools and possibly GIS tools.
- At least 2-3 years of proven strong sales experience in software technology as a solution.
- Strong sales and technical knowledge with excellent verbal & communication skills.
- Expertise in managing client relationship and providing tailored solutions.
- Possess strong networking skills to engage industry professional.
