Manager (Business & Partnership Development)

Responsibilities
- Manage and drive the Company's PropNex Sales Platforms, including but not limited to the Customer Relationship Management Marketplace, PropNex Friends, and
- Identify, source, and evaluate suitable products, services, and partnerships to integrate into the PropNex sales platforms.
- Engage with vendors through outreach, meetings, presentations, and negotiations, fostering strong vendor relationships.
- Guide vendors through the entire process, from product and service development to contract signing and onboarding onto the Company's Sales Platforms.
- Oversee and manage vendors' business processes and maintain long-term, effective partnerships.
- Drive the adoption of products and services across users, agents, and consumers, ensuring high engagement and usage on the sales platforms.
Requirements
- Degree / Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
- Minimum five (5) years of related experience preferably with some sales experience.
- Good presentation and communication skills (build rapport with people).
- Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
- Organized, Systematic, Process Oriented, Resourceful, Result Oriented, Work well in a team-oriented environment.
