Business Development Assistant

Job Description:
1. Responsible for business development and client management, including engaging with prospective clients, maintaining customer relation management, pursuing leads, and developing client cooperation proposals. Responsible for liaising with clients and subsequent follow-ups throughout the entire planning and implementation process of business development projects, including key projects with headline clients.
2. Consolidate existing resources and evaluate resource allocation according to the company’s prevailing business requirements.
3. Explore new channels for innovative models in business development and product promotion.
4. Coordinate the operations between the client and the company by keeping track of project progress, compiling and analyzing data, and introducing improvements and suggestions for project implementation.
5. Liaise with other departments for communication works on market trends and customer needs analysis.
Job Requirements:
1. Have strong organizational, management, and training skills.
2. Proficient in communication skills, with a keen sense of decision making and market expansion.
3. Have a good grasp of prevailing trends in product development and provide suggestions for the development of new products.
4. Have a keen sense of the workings of the industry and the market, able to consolidate resources efficiently, and have good business development skills. Have the ability to identify potential issues and have good problem-solving skills.
5. Have the relevant skills in sales and business development.
6. Willing to accept challenges and work under high intensity. Able to cope with high-stress levels with an optimistic attitude.
**Salary**: $2,000.00 - $6,000.00 per month
