Media and Business Development Intern

We are looking for a full-time Media and Business Development Executive/Assistant. This position is a role where your focus will be assisting with One More Turn’s business development efforts and upkeeping One More Turn various digital touchpoints, where we will generate leads from/direct leads to. You will report to and work directly with the Media and Business Development Manager of One More Turn.

**Requirements**:

- Graduated with a Diploma in business, marketing, media and communications, or related fields
- Graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in business, marketing, media and communications, or related fields
- Applicants with non-related qualifications but with a strong portfolio/prior experience will also be considered
- This is a starting /junior full-time position with a 5-day work week, with flexible work arrangements (hybrid).
- Must possess excellent communication and writing skills
- Great organization and prioritization skills
- Proactive and good team player with effective time management
- B2B/B2C Sales and CRM (Excel and HubSpot) knowledge and/or experience required
- Content Creation (Basic graphic design and photo-editing) and Social Media Analytics/Management skills and/or experience required
- Digital Marketing and SEO skills and/or experience would be a bonus - eg Google Analytics, Adwords, Facebook Ads

- CRM softwares (eg. Excel and HubSpot)
- Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator / Photoshop / Lightroom)
- Canva
- Keynote and PowerPoint
- Pages and Word.doc
- Google Workspace

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist Business Development Manager in identifying partnership and opportunities with media agencies and other organizations/businesses
- Assist Business Development Manager in identifying business/networking sessions and events to attend
- Assist Business Development Manager to source for leads and utilize lead lists and channels provided to you by the team
- Assist Business Development Manager to draft out outreach messages
- Contribute to brainstorming and creation of proposals and decks
- Contribute to live or online presentations and pitches
- Assist in managing One More Turn’s branding and marketing assets
- Assist in management and scheduling of in-house content
- Assist in asset creation and management for social media platforms
- Assist in upkeeping and managing One More Turn’s other digital touchpoints (Website, Blog, Cococart, Listing platforms etc.)
- Assist in other ad-hoc duties if required
