**WHO ARE WE**

Mighty Velo is Singapore’s sole distributor of performance foldable bikes manufactured by Pacific Cycles of Taiwan for the SEA markets. We are an independent Singaporean-owned SME with a small group of working staff, both full-time and interns who work closely together to ensure that our customers go home with their bikes happy and satisfied. We have a total of four workplace locations: a Bike Building and Distribution Warehouse, a Technical Service Centre, our Marketing and HR Office headquartered at Tai Seng, as well as our Bike Experience store located at Breadtalk IHQ Building.

**ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Participate in brainstorm sessions aimed at developing content strategy
- Conceptualise and design content for all social media channels
- Prepare and schedule social media content
- Write engaging blog posts
- Assist in product photography, product styling and lifestyle shots (studio and outdoor) using office equipment and phone
- Assist in replying customer enquiries and provide timely online customer service support
- Work with colleagues across Digital Marketing, Design, and e-commerce teams

**YOU WILL LEARN**
- Copywriting for social media content
- Properly manage social media accounts
- Increase engagement rates by making creative content and active community engagement
- Enhance understanding on the strategic implementation of social media as a marketing tool
- Be exposed to online stores such as Shopify
- Proficiently use WordPress, Canva, Yoast and other related online design tools.
- Engage with retail customers at our Experience Store and learn online and offline retail communication

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Currently pursuing a Diploma/Degree in Social Sciences, Design, Communication, Media and Communication or Business Management
- Good written and spoken English
- Able to meet deadlines
- Ideally not be camera-shy, willing to be model/host in the social media photos/videos
- A team player with a positive and happy personality

**NOTE**:

- We are hiring interns who are Singaporean and PRs only.
- Open to interns looking for a credit-bearing internship or otherwise
- Must be fully vaccinated

Contract length: 3 months

**Salary**: $800.00 - $1,000.00 per month
