Key Responsibilities:
Graphic Design (Primary Role):

- **⁠**Create stunning visual content for digital and print materials, including social media posts, website graphics, marketing collateral, and promotional materials.
- ⁠ ⁠⁠Ensure impeccable brand consistency across all designs and platforms.
- ⁠ ⁠⁠Edit and enhance photos and videos with precision, using advanced techniques in Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom, and other industry-standard tools.
- ⁠ ⁠⁠Collaborate closely with the team to conceptualize innovative and dynamic visuals that align with our brand and photography themes.
- Produce high-quality designs with fast turnaround times while maintaining creativity and attention to detail.

Social Media Management (Secondary Role):

- Plan, create, and schedule engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other relevant platforms with a strong design focus.
- Analyze social media performance, gather insights, and suggest data-driven strategies for optimization.
- Engage with our online community by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries with a professional and creative approach.
- Keep up to date with the latest trends in social media and the photography industry to continuously elevate content strategy.

Qualifications:

- Advanced graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Canva.
- Advanced photo and video editing skills in Lightroom, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent programs.
- Solid understanding of social media content creation, branding, and best practices for digital platforms.
- Exceptional creativity, a keen eye for detail, and an ability to produce visually compelling content.
- A deep passion for photography and digital content creation with a focus on high-quality visual output.
- Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple projects with a strong attention to deadlines.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, provided they possess a high skill level in relevant software.

Preferred Skills (Bonus):

- Experience with social media management tools such as Meta Business Suite, etc.
- Familiarity with photography techniques, including lighting, composition, and advanced editing methods.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: $2,200.00 - $3,500.00 per month
