**Business Development Manager (AR/VR/Enterprise Metaverse Solutions)**

**Job Summary**:
IMMRSIV is on the hunt for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager with a flair for sales, business development, and visionary immersive solution concept proposals, including the cutting-edge realms of AR, VR, and metaverse solutions. The chosen one will be entrusted with identifying and pursuing new business opportunities and partnerships that are in perfect sync with IMMRSIV's strategic objectives.

**Responsibilities**:

- Unleash your strategic genius to develop and execute winning strategies for selling AR, VR, and metaverse solutions to enterprises, including identifying customer challenges and opportunities, and crafting compelling proposals and presentations that bring IMMRSIV's game-changing solutions to life.
- Work in close partnership with clients to scope out projects and construct price proposals that will maximize sales potential while being sensitive to client's budgetary considerations.
- Forge and maintain deep relationships with current and potential clients and partners, following up relentlessly until the deal is sealed and delivered.
- Carry out market research and analysis to stay ahead of the curve on emerging industry trends, spotting new opportunities that align with IMMRSIV's strategic vision.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute sales campaigns that drive brand awareness and accelerate growth.
- Represent IMMRSIV at industry events and conferences, rubbing shoulders with top-tier stakeholders, and showcasing our leading-edge solutions.
- Stay in the know about the latest AR/VR/enterprise metaverse solutions industry trends and technologies to keep IMMRSIV at the forefront of this exciting space.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing in the AR/VR/enterprise metaverse solutions industry.
- You're a natural-born salesperson, with a talent for persuasion, negotiation, and a proven track record of success.
- You're an excellent communicator, both verbally and in writing, and possess top-notch interpersonal skills.
- Your brain is wired for creativity and innovation, and you have a gift for developing and proposing visionary solutions.
- You have experience in creating and delivering winning proposals and presentations to clients that always leave them impressed.
- You're equally comfortable working autonomously or in a team environment, and you thrive in both settings.
- You're ready to travel as needed to maximize growth opportunities and achieve your goals.
