**Company Profile**

Armfort Integrated Technology was incorporated in year 2013 after getting ACE Startup Grant by Spring Singapore. We are awarded the grant based on a mobile app that we have developed. Since then we quickly established ourselves with the mission to build better software so its clients can run smarter businesses.

Our product Armfort is an in house developed technology that offers these integrated suites of tools - Security Operations for Guarding, Back Office Management and Mobile Patrol. Business Intelligence & Reporting Analytics, to help security service companies follow the progression of officers, reduce manual tasks, lower costs, and demonstrate value.

Our team consists of experienced individuals who are technology geeks and are in tune with the current mobile and web ecosystem. We believe that technology can always be improved, and new ideas can be implemented to drive innovation to the next level. We work closely with our partners and clients to improve their current technologies so that they can make an impact in the sector that they are in.

**Responsibilities**
- Manage key client account
- Conduct preliminary analysis with key client for the upcoming software upgrade
- Perform Level 1 troubleshooting
- Conduct Solution demonstration and Proof of Concept (POC), working closely with Principal vendors/Distributors
- Provide response to tender, RFI, RFQs and RFPs
- Gather the Business and technical requirement and develop cost effective solution for the customer
- Proactively anticipate, troubleshoot, manage, overcome, and/or escalate customer and product needs.
- Build strong relationships with our customers and internal teams
- Translate customer feedback into actionable items for product
- Design pricing plan for product
- Perform R&D for new product/service
- Sales presentation, site survey, prepare proposal, quotation, bidding tender
- Managing of pre and post sales activities
- Track project status and milestones with developer
- Able to communicate with Project Manager/ Lead with efficiency and accuracy on any progress regarding projects.
- Perform product training to both internal & external stakeholder
- Stay abreast of new technologies and market offerings that may be of business needs to clients.
- Conduct technology consulting session with key client
- Constantly solve problems, managing internal & external communications and drive Company’s sales goals
- Provide timely reporting as required by management

Pay: $2,500.00 - $2,800.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Education**:

- Bachelor's or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Business Development: 1 year (preferred)
