We are looking for a proactive Business Development professional to drive growth in the construction sector. The role focuses on identifying new project opportunities and building strong relationships with owners, developers, and consultants.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Identify and secure new clients and construction projects.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with owners, developers, architects and consultants.
- Manage client enquiries and follow up on project opportunities.
- Support tender preparation and submission.
- Showcase completed projects to strengthen company portfolio.
- Provide market insights and business development updates to management.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in construction sales or business development.
- Strong network with owners, developers, architects, or consultants.
- Familiarity with Singapore construction regulations and tender processes is an advantage.
- Hunter mindset, confident communicator, and results-oriented.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
Pay: $1.00 - $5,000.00 per month
