**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Act as first point of contact for leasing enquiries as well as tenant liaison on complaints, operational feedback and leasing matters
- Actively engages and establishes good relationships with agencies, prospects and tenants
- Support with the necessary paperwork for leasing issues
- Responsible for reviewing lease agreements, negotiating lease renewals, and formalising lease documentation
- Ensure tenants adhere to the lease terms
- Support marketing and A&P initiatives
- Reach out to leasing prospects in accordance to desired tenant mix
- Organise marketplace style events and manage event vendors
- Manage property facilities and liaise with contractors for repairs, maintenance

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or Degree in Real Estate / Marketing / Business, or any other relevant disciplines
- Minimum 1 year of retail or commercial leasing experience
- Position and salary will commensurate with relevant experience
- Possess positive disposition, resourcefulness and is a team player
- Ability to multi-task, meticulous with an eye for details
- Self-motivated and able to work under pressure with tight deadlines
- Good communication and negotiating skills, with a strong networking ability
- Have a passion in the Retail Industry and is aware of the latest trend

Hua Hng Trading Company was established in 1981. Having been in this industry for close to 40 years, we are well-established as a key industry member in Singapore.

In 1991, the management of Hua Hng Trading Company (HH) took over the management of World Farm Company Private Limited (WF).

Both companies were awarded the ISO 9001 certification in 2004, which we maintain through consistent upgrading of our procedures and continuous improvement in our customer services.

As of 2009, Hua Hng Trading Company changed its name to be known as Hua Hng Trading Company Private Limited.

In 2012, we became an accredited company recognized by the National Parks Board’s Nursery Accreditation Scheme.

We are mainly a plants nursery and wholesale supplier —we deal with plants propagation, import / export and sale of plants & landscaping materials, and provision of key services such as landscaping, and plants rental & display. Our products and services are sourced from countries worldwide.

In recent years, we have pivoted to target a more retail-centric market, and as a result of our strong technical knowledge and excellent customer service, we have grown from strength to strength in this segment.

With our recent growth in the retail market and the support of this new customer base, we are looking to grow our retail brand and team to better support even more retail customers moving on.
