The Service Desk Specialist
**Responsibilities**:
- Responsible for Service Desk Voice, Service Request Management, Remote Desktop Support and E-Mail Support.
- Oversees the investigation, troubleshooting, resolution, and appropriate escalation of a range of technology-related incidents by ensuring that all incidents and requests are tracked in ITSM Tool. Ensuring the Customer Satisfaction Survey meets the required benchmark and drive the Service improvement areas for customers with ratings below defined benchmark.
