Responsibilities Provide first-level technical support under supervision for hardware, software, and basic IT service issues Help manage tickets, document resolutions, and maintain the knowledge base Assist in identifying trends in support tickets and recurring issues Support process improvement initiatives by identifying areas for improvement, collecting requirements, and providing optimization suggestions Conduct research and development of AI-powered tools to support business functions including data visualization, summarization, workflow automation, or recommendations Contribute to performance reporting and service improvement tracking Collaborate with IT and cross-functional teams on improvement or automation pilot projects Qualifications Minimum Qualifications Final year or recent graduate with a background in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
