Responsibilities Provide IT Service Desk support with a focus on troubleshooting and resolving issues across Windows, macOS, and mobile platforms (Apple iOS, Microsoft Office 365, Google Workspace). Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills; identify technical issues and apply effective resolutions. Maintain a high standard of customer service and work effectively in a team with good time management and organizational skills. Handle multiple tasks concurrently with a hands-on approach and ability to quickly learn new systems. Communicate clearly in English, both verbally and in writing. Support IT hardware for both Apple and Windows devices. Qualifications A diploma or degree in an IT-related discipline; fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Minimum 1 year of customer service experience in a technical service desk environment preferred.
