Function: Sales Acceleration Reports To: Director, Sales Acceleration, Sales COE The Sales Trainer will create and deliver sales enablement skills training for the region. They focus on delivering coaching and sales training for the Sales Team, partnering with the Sales leadership to support local teams by delivering the required sales programs and 1:1 coaching that improve sales competence, sales confidence and enhance business development.

**Responsibilities**:
Leads the delivery of sales trainings independently, to include sales methodology, sales process and soft skills training Creates training programs and learning plans based on business needs and skills gaps Participates in Sales team meetings and provide updates on the creation and evolution of sales enablement path for sales skills training Creates a programmatic training intervention that effectively supports the business metrics through gap and impact analysis Assesses the performance of sales local teams to prioritize enablement strategies; Assists in the creation of quarterly business reviews to ensure training metrics are communicated and quarterly goals are met

**Qualifications**:
Previous experience in delivering sales results in a quota carrying role Demonstrable experience in delivering sales change programs, interacting and influencing senior level stakeholders Experience in delivering sales process methodology training to a wide audience Proven experience in delivering sales coaching and training to all levels of sales audiences Expert written, verbal and interpersonal communications with all levels of management Expert presentation and delivery skills with demonstrated acumen in adapting content by persona Uses best practices and knowledge of internal and external business issues to improve processes
