**The opportunity**

Reporting to the Distribution Operations Team Lead, you will support our distribution channels by ensuring that system enhancements meet business needs and day-to-day operations workflow, and processes are supported and smooth.
- Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new product launches and other related system enhancements, includes checking distribution partners’ related feed files and reports.
- Review user stories to ensure that relevant business requirements and scenarios are addressed for system enhancements.
- Reply and follow-up on business and data (feed files) enquiries from bancassurance partners.
- Collaborate with SMEs from other business units and investigate production issues and incidents for resolution.
- Execute and support review and improvement of workflow and business processes.
- Participate in distribution partners’ process improvement and customer journey initiatives, where relevant.
- Collate and send MIS reports to bancassurance partners within SLA timelines.
- Ensure proper documentation and record keeping for audit purposes.

**What we are looking for**
- Diploma or Degree from a recognized University
- Minimum 1 - 3 years’ experience in life insurance industry
- Strong MS Excel skills including use of pivot tables and common functions
- Good project management and business analysis skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and adapt to change
