As part of the team, you will be a valuable key driver in representing Distribution on supporting our various sales channels. The role will involve in providing administrative support in Distribution Operation, driving department’s efficiency and effectiveness in the work processes as well as enhancing Distribution Partner experience.

**We are looking for someone**:

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills: Able to communicate clearly and effective to enquiries and present findings or translate the data into an understandable document. Need to write and speak clearly, easily communicating complex ideas.
- Advance user in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Power Apps.
- Meticulous and responsible, with an eye for details
- Able to work in fast & dynamic environment, well organized
- Able to multi-task and work effectively with tight deadlines
- Able to work independently and as a team
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Working experience in life insurance industry is preferred

- At least 1 year of relevant experience in relevant role in Distribution support function

**On the job you will**:
**Distribution Support**:

- Overseeing the end-to-end process in administering the Third-Party Policies Submissions to ensure timely and accurate verifications of the submissions before sending to Third Party Insurance providers
- Conducting training on the portal for Third Party Policies Submissions (MyMAG) to new Branches and Branch Personal Assistants
- Maintain archives on Compliance matters with Third Party
- Responsible in administering the access right for MyMAG
- Responsible in reconciling Third Party Policies Submissions data
- Collate Third Party Monthly statistics
- Handling requests for Letter of Employment
- Overseeing the end-to-end process in administering new FA firm set up and termination of firm
- Administer and maintain Agent code for FA channel
- Providing access right for FA reps on required portal
- Managing Orphan policies assignments for FA channel

**Innovation & Strategy Execution**:

- Manages end-to-end of initiatives undertaken by the business and engaging multiple stakeholders to formulate strategy and deliver the project within stipulated timelines
- Support in system enhancements and User Acceptance Testing. This will include determining scope of system enhancement, preparing user requirements and test plans.
