**Responsibilities**:

- Drives partners and advisers life cycle management to be delivered accurately, timely and delivery/execution approach is aligned with partners’ expectations.
- Efficient and effective in the delivery of support to distribution business, encompassing of administration of adviser-related matters (adviser/firm code creation, adviser resignation/suspension, adviser portfolio transfer, adviser level changes (e.g.: change of servicing and/or commission adviser), firm termination), responding to enquiries from external distribution partners, verification and execution of communications to external distribution partners, management of external vendors, and providing support for trainings organized for external distribution partners.
- Conduct end-to-end User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for initiatives assigned by the Manager. Ensures UAT is executed accordingly to the business users’ requirements and provide prompt updates on testing progress. Ensures comprehensive documentation of test cases, test results and defects management for project sign off.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations relating to the above functional activities.

**Experience**:

- Work independently in a functional role, as well as part of a collaborative team
- Demonstrate ability to manage effectively with ambiguity and fluidity and thrive
- Meticulous and responsible, with an eye for details
- Strong interpersonal skills; able to manage relationships with internal and external partners well
- Experience in life insurance industry will be highly valued, especially in Distribution Operations area
- Experience in performing UAT and support in projects

**Education**:

- Academic: Diploma or University graduate
