**Job Details**

**What you will do**:
Develop a robust organization of L&D members that work directly with their international

supply chain counterparts assuring continuous supply of products.

Be responsible for providing strong supply chain and operational management in the areas

of Reverse/Repair Logistics, Warehouse Operations, Distribution, Safety and Trade

Compliance. The role will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic and

tactical initiatives in Operations, footprint strategy & execution, effective cost management,

operational excellence, productivity, optimizing staffing, successful and high potential

identification and development. As a member of the management team the role will also be

responsible for driving and executing business goals.

**How you will do it**:

- Develop a 5 year organizational roadmap outlining both physical and system requirements to support L&D’s growing footprint in the future
- Defines and is responsible for the oversight of key performance indicators for L&D activities
- Develop systems and implement procedures to insure a flawless control of the logistics.
- Oversees third party performances including contract and communication for distribution,

transportation, and other vendors.

**What we look for**:
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience supply chain field.

Minimum 10 years’ experience in Customer Service, Distribution, Logistics, Transportation,

Material Planning, Warehouse, or general supply chain areas.

Minimum of 7+ years managing Supply Chain operations and personnel

APICS certification or demonstrated hands on equivalent would be an advantage

Familiarity with Supply Chain best practices

Experience with import/export permitting and Global Trade Compliance requirements.

Strong understanding and experience with GDP requirements.

DEA/Controlled substances experience a plus.

Understanding of ERP systems and processes (SAP preferred) a must.

Fluent in English and knowledge of an additional languages an added advantage.
