MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES/KEY DUTIES SALES EXECUTIVE

Be the sales contact for the local and oversea events sales.
- Be responsible for Sales Revenues which include Space, Sponsorship and VAS (Advertising...)
- Be responsible for maximizing the events sales potential. Crafting sales plans and justifying those plans to the management.
- Set-up and manage the sales strategy to deliver forecasted revenues, expand customer database and ensure events sustainability.
- Develop and update databases (exhibitors and partnerships opportunities) in CRM on an ongoing process and according to the event specification requirements in collaboration with HQ sales teams.
- Support locally the HQ team in charge of International Sales and follow-up eventually with local f2f appointments.
- Regular reporting on sales performance against budget and reporting on variances.
- Implement a variety of New Business initiatives to drive sales and spot market opportunities to develop new segments for the events.
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully delivering sales and building a sales network.
- Visit competitive regional events to generate leads.
- Collect participation contracts (exhibition and sponsorship) and prepare invoices issuance accurately and in a timely manner. Collect dues.
- Identify partners and sales agents in countries with high potential for Singapore and HQ events to build a sales network within Asia-Pacific.
- Monitor the sales planning and strategy and follow-up of dead-lines, sales progress, etc.
- Keep an active watch on all Asia-Pacific markets trends and insights, especially on other events within the region.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $4,000.00 - $4,500.00 per month

**Education**:

- Bachelor's or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Exhibition sales: 5 years (preferred)
