**About Our Client**:
Our European client is an emerging presence in the industrial filtration sector, specialising in the design and manufacturing of filtration and separation equipment. They serve a diverse range of industries, such as Oil & Gas, Power, and Renewable Energy.

The APAC Regional Sales Director, situated in either Singapore, Malaysia, or South Korea, will assume accountability for driving sales and fostering business growth for the company's filtration products and services. This involves engaging with key EPCs in Oil & Gas, Power, Energy Transition, Industrial OEMs, End Users, and Distributors in Japan, Korea, Malaysia, Thailand, and Australia. Your primarily responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Take full responsibility for sales and business development across the APAC region, ensuring the achievement of revenue targets and profitability goals for the company's products, spares, and services.
- Supervise distributor networks in key markets by managing agent relationships and spearheading initiatives to optimise channels.
- Foster and expand relationships with existing and prospective customers while maintaining strong ties with key clients.
- Assess current and future customer needs, providing guidance on suitable company products and services to meet their requirements and suggesting alternative solutions when necessary.
- Work closely with global teams to devise and implement sales strategies, identifying and seizing growth opportunities in line with organisational objectives.
- Generate weekly and monthly sales reports, detailing sales volume, potential sales, and variances against the budget, accompanied by action plans to address discrepancies.
- Devise and execute strategic initiatives to capitalise on market trends, emerging technologies, and customer preferences, fostering sustainable growth and a competitive edge.
- Represent the company professionally in alignment with its core values and ensure all activities adhere to legal and ethical standards.

**The Successful Applicant**:

- MSc or BSc in Business, Engineering, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in senior leadership roles within multinational companies.
- Track record of success in industrial filtration, demonstrated across a wide array of industries.
- Advanced analytical and technical acumen to grasp business dynamics and identify growth opportunities.
- Experience as an individual contributor, with an entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to travel extensively within the region.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities, facilitating effective stakeholder engagement and relationship cultivation.
- Strategic thinker with a strong appetite for growth and continuous improvement.
- Exemplary integrity and a deep commitment to driving revenue and expanding business operations.
