**Roles & Responsibilities**
**Responsibilities**:
Handle incoming calls - taxi booking, complaints, lost and found enquires
**Requirements**:
- Minimum GCE ‘N’ Levels
- Speaks fluent English and Mandarin (preferred)
- Customer service oriented
- Able to work the following shifts with 2 days off day:
Morning shift - 0730hrs to 1700hrs
Afternoon shift - 1300hrs to 2230hrs
Night shift - 2200hrs to 0730hrs
Basic Salary + Transport Allowance + Shift Allowance

Our workshop is fully equipped with top-of-the-line equipment and with skilled mechanics who know how to use them. Premier Automotive Services also frequently conduct Research and Development to see how to better improve the drivability of the vehicles we service. We are committed to both our taxi drivers and our commuters.
