As the driving force behind revenue generation, a successful Regional** **Business Development Manager is a critical role within Browzwear. We are looking for an energetic and ambitious team player to help us expand our client base in APAC.

**JOB OVERVIEW**

This is a full-time position located in Singapore (hybrid working arrangements) with frequent opportunities to travel regionally.

**ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Accelerate the go-to-market strategy in APAC to drive recurring revenue growth (through existing customers’ expansion and New logos acquisition).
- Conduct deep research into organizations and individuals to find new market segments, new sales opportunities, and be deeply attuned to customer needs.
- Develop a growth strategy with the goals of revenue growth and customer base expansion.
- Manage own opportunity pipeline and hit individual sales targets.
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
- Lead and manage a high-performing sales team of Sales Representatives
- Plan and execute business meetings with prospective clients and current clients to sales presentations
- Work closely with the Client Success department to provide excellent after-sales support
- Work closely with the marketing department for the development of marketing literature and contents
- Analyze sales data and develop insights to inform business decisions and drive continuous improvement
- Perform necessary administrative tasks to conclude sales processes

**Requirements**:

- At least 5 years+ of experience in a commercial marketplace, SaaS B2B role at growing companies; or provided business consultancy for business process transformation
- Adopts a technical and consultative approach towards sales
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field
- Experienced in leading or mentoring sales teams
- Adapt at learning new software and technologies
- Results-oriented; possess an entrepreneurial mindset
- Able to flourish with mínimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
- Experience in using CRM such as Salesforce / Hubspot
- Bonus: fluent in spoken and written Vietnamese is strongly favoured
