This role will be reporting to the Regional Head of Surety, APAC Job Purpose To contribute to the achievement of profitable and sustainable growth in the frame of Allianz Trade's Group Strategy for the development of the Surety line of business in the APAC region. The successful candidate will be expected to create and implement business plans to develop, diversify and expand the surety business across the APAC region. Key Responsibilities Achievement of commercial & financial results in accordance with the APAC surety objectives and budget. Create and implement strategies to develop the Allianz Trade Surety brand in the market via various channels (brokers, banks, direct). Expansion of Allianz Trade Surety & Guarantee geographical footprint in APAC region; development of new surety markets & distribution channels trough partnerships Regional pipeline management & origination of surety business opportunities that fit our strike zone; strong focus on execution and high conversation ratio Development of the product line & associated operating procedures across the APAC region.
