**MAIN PURPOSE**:
**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Provide high level support, structure and business administration to the Regional Manager.
- Assist the Regional Manager in coordinating inputs from managers to generate business unit reports for operations and sales pipeline to corporate management in the UK.
- Assist the Regional Manager in collating budget/quarterly and flash forecasts
- Coordinate assignment of key actions to internal business managers and execute assigned key actions to drive the delivery of our Company strategic plans.
- Initiate and coordinate between our international marketing team and regional business development team to ensure all new awards, large ongoing jobs are communicated to Corporate marketing dept with the relevant information, liaising with BD lead to identify and region trade shows and to ensure our local marketing material is upto date/relevant to our pursuits.
- Working with the Business Development Manager and Regional Manager develop and maintain our client engagement plans to help foster good relationships with our customers and strategic partners as well as ensure we meet our KPI's.
- Under guidance from the Business Development Manager, coordinate functional input from business managers, project engineers and cost engineers to compile the delivery of commercial proposals to customer enquiries.
- Cost tracking on major scopes where required
- Prepare reports for wins/losses and liaise with finance department for financial job performance data to compile reports and discuss with management.

**SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Highly motivated and proactive individual who enjoys working in an environment processing a high volume of work with tight deadlines
- Good experience within an organisational and fast-paced environment involving project scopes and proposals
- Have excellent administrative skills
- Basic level of finance skills
- Demonstrate excellent Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills
- An enthusiastic attitude
- Be a self-starting team player and is proactive
- Have good attention to detail
- Ability to prioritise
