Regional Business Development Manager

**Responsibilities**
- **Market Analysis**: Conducting thorough market research and analysis to identify potential opportunities for business growth in the region.
- **Business Planning**: Developing strategic business plans for the region, setting goals, and formulating strategies to achieve them.
- **Sales and Revenue Generation**: Driving sales and revenue growth by actively promoting frozen food products to potential customers, including retailers, wholesalers, and food service providers.
- **New Business Development**: Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the region, such as entering to partnerships, joint ventures, or collaborations.
- **Customer Relationship Management**: Managing and nurturing relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- **Market Expansion**: Assessing the feasibility of expanding into new geographical areas within the region.
- **Reporting and Analysis**: Regularly monitoring and analysing sales performance, market trends, and competitive activities. Providing regular reports to senior management, highlighting key findings, and making recommendations for future business development strategies.
- **Budgeting and Forecasting**: Developing and managing the regional business development budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources, and tracking expenses. Forecasting sales and revenue targets for the region based on market dynamics and growth potential.
- **Industry Networking**: Actively participating in industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to build contacts, stay updated on industry trends, and identify potential business opportunities.
**Requirements**:
- A bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is often required.
- Prior experience in the frozen food manufacturing industry or a related field is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated experience in business development, sales, or marketing roles is essential.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify market opportunities, evaluate business strategies, and make data-driven decisions.
- Proficiency in market research and data analysis tools is advantageous.
- Excellent written communication skills.
- A strong drive for achieving targets and delivering results.
- Willing to travel overseas for business reason when regional travelling is permitted.
