We are seeking for a Regional Business Development Managaer, Asia for a premium modern building systems technology manufacturer organisation; also an established market leader in the building material sector.

This role would continue building the commercial and hospitality segment, increasing brand awareness and the position of our company within Asia-Pacific region. This includes setting up a network with architects, designers, owner and investors of commercial property and hotel chain to build up good relationships between the companies.

**Responsibilities
Regional Market Development
- Business development, research, and profile targets in the commercial property and hospitality segment.
- Identify potential account, and the decision makers within the client organization.Using knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop the company’s unique selling propositions and differentiators in the commercial property and hospitality segment.

Key Account Management
- Develop a rapport with new account and provide support that will continually improve the relationship with focus on owner and investors of commercial property and hotel chain.
- Grow and retain existing accounts by presenting new solutions and services for the owner and investors of commercial property and hotel chain.Track and record activity on accounts and help to close deals to meet these targets.

Regional Specification
- Work with technical, product and marketing team to develop proposals that speaks to the client’s needs, concerns, and objectives.
- Manage and support all regional projects in close collaboration with the responsible regional colleagues.
- Others
- Submit monthly progress reports and ensure data is accurate to the management.
- Participate in internal and external business meeting, industry functions, such as association events and conferences, and provide feedback and information on market and creative trends.
- Participate in the annual stock-take exercise
- Partner with third party training providers as required

**Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities**:

- 3 to 5 years of business development regional experience on Hotel and High-end Residential Industry or background in the Interior Designing industry.
- Excellent account management experience.
- Excellent relationship-building, communication and presentation skills.
- Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs.
- Understanding of the IoT, Smart Home and/or Hospitality Guestroom Management Systems will be preferred.
- Willing to travel 50% of the time
