Regional Business Development Manager

We are seeking an experienced Regional Business Development Manager to drive market expansion and strategic growth across ASEAN countries . The ideal candidate will have strong EPC market knowledge, proven regional business development experience, and an established network across Southeast Asia's infrastructure, energy, and industrial sectors.Key Responsibilities Develop and execute business development strategies for EPC projects across ASEAN markets . Identify new business opportunities, partners, and clients in sectors such as power,renewable energy, industrial plants, utilities, and infrastructure development . Manage end-to-end BD cycle: lead generation, client meetings, proposal coordination, tender follow-ups, and contract negotiations. Build and maintain strong relationships with government agencies, developers, contractors, consultants, and industry stakeholders. Conduct market intelligence: competitor analysis, country entry assessments, regulatory updates, and project pipelines across ASEAN. Collaborate closely with engineering, proposals, commercial, and senior management teams to achieve regional targets. Represent the company at conferences, trade events, and client engagements in ASEAN countries. Requirements Diploma/Degree in Engineering, Business, or related field. Minimum 5-10 years' business development experience in the EPC industry (power, industrial, energy, or infrastructure). Strong exposure and working experience in ASEAN markets (e.g., Malaysia,Indonesia, Vietnam, Thailand, Philippines, Cambodia, Laos, Myanmar). Proven track record of securing EPC projects or building regional pipelines. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Willingness to travel within the region frequently. Self-motivated, strategic thinker, and able to work independently.
