We are a dynamic logistics and e-commerce company headquartered in Singapore, focused on warehousing solutions and online commerce tailored for the South Asia market. As we expand our global footprint, we are seeking experienced leadership to spearhead international growth initiatives.
We are looking for a seasoned **Business Development Director**to drive strategic expansion into key international markets, including **China, Chile, the United States, and Europe**. This is a high-impact role requiring deep understanding of global markets, international partnerships, and cross-cultural negotiation.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and execute strategic business expansion plans in China, Chile, US, and Europe.
- Identify, initiate, and manage international partnerships and client relationships.
- Lead go-to-market strategies across diverse regions.
- Coordinate with warehousing and logistics teams to support global expansion.
- Represent the company at global events, trade shows, and negotiations.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum **20 years of experience**in international business development, with a proven track record in multiple global markets.
- **Fluency in English, Mandarin, and Spanish**is essential due to client and market engagement in those regions.
- Strong understanding of business cultures in China, Latin America, and Western markets.
- Leadership experience in sales and marketing functions at senior management levels.
- Ability to work across time zones and manage multi-regional teams.
**Language Justification**:
- Proficiency in Mandarin and Spanish is required due to the nature of engagement with clients and partners in China and Latin America. _
