**EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR, CLIENTS**

We are looking for an experienced **Executive Director, Clients **to join our Singapore headquarters as part of our dynamic team of talented, fun-loving individuals and lead our sales, business development, and client relationship management functions for our Asset Management, Brokerage, Custody, and B2B offerings.
**What we offer**:
- Lead the sales, business development, and client relationship management for our regulated asset management, brokerage, custody, and B2B offerings.
- Responsibility for driving the revenue targets of Sygnum Singapore for all identified business lines along with other key commercial metrics.
- Develop and implement business strategies for our existing and growing suite of regulated products to constantly enhance the competitive edge of the firm and lead the execution of such strategies.
- Maintain, build and expand client and distribution networks with high net-worth individuals (HNWIs), family offices, institutional investors, corporate clients, as well as with our ecosystem of strategic partners, in order to meet business goals.
- Oversee the organization of investment seminars, product and market updates, and other related client events to facilitate sales.
**What you offer**:
- Minimum 12 years of relevant experience
- Experience in financial services or fintech essential - professional experience in digital assets/cryptocurrencies is highly valued
- Deep knowledge and experience in, as well as passion for, the entire digital asset space including familiarity with various types of assets and instruments, asset management strategies, and an understanding of the trading and custody landscape
- Experience in developing corporate and customer sales and distribution strategies at the highest levels of an organization to maximize customer acquisition, retention, and profitability
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills, and the capability of interacting with C-suite executives
- Relevant network including but not limited to digital channels
- Conceptual thinker with strong analytical skills and problem-solving ability
- Great communicator, goal and results oriented, able to work with mínimal direction.
- You will be required to take and pass CMFAS Modules 1A, 1B and M6/M6A on the job to be appointed as Representative for Dealing in Capital Markets Products. Exemptions from Module 6 applies eg. qualified Degree, 3 years consecutive experience in capital markets and certification.
**Nice to have**:
- Fluency in Mandarin would be an advantage
