We are seeking a Crisis Management & Monitoring Analyst to be an integral part of our Monitoring & Production Support team, responsible for overseeing Payments, SWIFT, and Cash flows.

In this role, you will handle incidents and crisis communication, provide production support, and participate in monitoring and repair activities.

**Key Qualifications**:

- A combination of technical and functional skills with exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Genuine willingness to work in a role that involves managing availability & time-critical systems as part of regular operations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Analyze and determine the criticality of malfunctions, and execute appropriate incident management and communication actions.
- Coordinate with key stakeholders to restore service and lead crisis conference calls.
- Provide timely status updates to business users, management, and other stakeholders regarding ongoing issues.
- Respond to back-office Business lines in case of flow execution malfunctions, keeping them informed throughout incidents.
- Conduct daily routine checks and monitor global assets, including Cash Management layers, SWIFT components, message files, and event logs.
- Ensure operational end-to-end monitoring using available tools and procedures.
- Identify process gaps and deviations from the expected nominal operation.
- Oversee recurrent maintenance interventions.
- Update monitoring and incident management procedures in the documentary database.
- Analyze and challenge existing support processes to drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with project teams and IT to conduct efficiency diagnoses of current business processes, identify weaknesses, suggest improvements, and obtain approval.

**Technical & Behavioral Competencies**:

- Background in **_SWIFT _**or **_Cash Management. _**:

- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience.
- Ability to grasp functional & technical architectures.
- Strong analytical and information structuring skills.
- Proficient in troubleshooting and problem-solving.
- Resilience to handle stress, adaptability, and reprioritize tasks effectively.
- Proactive approach to taking initiatives and making decisions.
- Detail-oriented and committed to maintaining accuracy.
- **_Flexibility to work shifts (7am-4pm and 8am-5pm) and participate in weekend rotations as needed._
