Summary

We are searching for a Senior Security Specialist (Crisis Management) You will be part of the Security team and will be the responsible for the implementation and maintenance of the crisis and security management system.

You will work closely with our strategic partners, including regulators (APD) to ensure the security of our customers, staff and assets.

**Job Description**:
Main Responsibilities
- Collect, analyse and disseminate accurate and timely security research information and trends.
- Review and draft Emergency Response Plans, Operator Security Programme, operating procedures, briefing/training materials and reports.
- Conduct AVSEC quality control activities i.e. surveys, audits, inspections, tests & exercises.
- Conduct Risk Assessment and propose mitigation measures for identified gaps.
- Conduct AVSEC training for crew members, service providers and office staff.
- Investigate security lapses and initiate corrective/prevention actions plan.
- Provide on-site support during crisis and security incidents.
- Monitor and authorize entrance of people into premises.
- Negotiate and establish Security Contracts.
- Perform other tasks within the SSSQ as directed by the Director of Safety, Security, Quality & Sustainability.

**Requirements**:

- Min 3 years' experience in implementing Crisis and/or security management in aviation fields.
- Strong Knowledge of industry standards for crisis management and understanding of incident response.
- Ability to dive deep into data, existing processes, people, and technology challenges in order to identify risks and opportunities.
- Strong critical thinking skills that enable problem solving and understanding complex, dynamic issues.
- Ability and willingness to travel.
