ISD confronts and addresses threats to Singapore's internal security and stability. What You Will Be Working On
Design and manage technically advanced enterprise infrastructure
Evaluate new tools and deploy advanced strategies to achieve performance tuning and resiliency
Orchestrate and automate operating system upgrades and changes
Participate in problem solving on issues related to data centre and achieve timely resolutions
Coordinate with various parties (e.g., departments and vendors) to integrate critical systems and projects
What We Are Looking For
Degree or diploma in Info-communications, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related fields, or equivalent competencies
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Strong analytical skills and ability to solve or analyze problems systematically
Able to work independently and in a team
Relevant work experience and/or knowledge in Data Centre technologies (e.g., Windows Server, SAN/NAS storage, data backup strategies), cloud technologies (e.g., Microsoft, RedHat, VMware, Hyper V Virtualisation environments) is advantageous
