**The department**

As an Officer in the Operations Team, you will report to the Operations Manager. You will be handling EZ-link card operational work flows such as investigation, processing and managing refund and top-up instructions for customers within stipulated SLA.

You will be part of contributing towards achieving results in your day-to-day role.

**Roles & Responsibilities**

You will:

- Handle EZ-Link card operational work flows such as investigation, processing and managing refund and top-up instructions for customers within stipulated SLA
- Assist RO by working closely with internal work units and external service providers in ensuring completion of processes and adhering to established service levels
- Adhere to operational processes to perform card services transaction processing and recommend any new process improvements along the way for process optimization
- Facilitate the processing of lost card reports and manage blacklist requests in accordance to terms & conditions
- Process Refund/Deferred Refund/Cashback for EZ-Link cards from customers/ partners/ external organisations within SLA
- Be a team player by ensuring team duties are covered and no reduction in team performance during periods of leave/absence

- Diploma or equivalent certifications
- At least 1 year of working experience in banking or prepaid products order processing related positions
- Analytical and well organised
- Excellent time management and prioritisation
- Meticulous and detail orientated
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
- Positive attitude and willing to take up challenges

This is a 1-year contract position.
