Gushcloud operates media commerce with live streaming and social commerce content across various e-commerce and social media platforms globally. The commerce unit operates a dynamic cross-border operation selling global goods into Southeast Asia. It is the fastest growing unit within Gushcloud. With a vision to scale the business exponentially, we are looking for a Chief Operating Officer to help them implement strategic business objectives, systems, and processes to enable the business to scale its global operations effectively.

**Core Functions**
- Oversee day to day global operations across Southeast Asia and North Asia.
- Responsible for overall operations including execution across supply chain, operations, and finance.
- Drive regional partnerships with synergistic partners to accelerate business growth.
- Identify opportunities to increase profits by challenging existing processes, encouraging innovation, and driving necessary change
- To establish a strategic framework for well-planned growth and increase profitability from the current business while remaining mindful of enhancing the medium-term value of the company
- Developing goals for the operation team to achieve their performance as well as providing coaching and engagement with the employees to solicit feedback and provide recommendations for improvement in terms of productivity, efficiency, customer service experience.
- To be a hands-on leader who builds and empowers team to achieve business goals.
- Work closely with local commerce leads on the annual budgeting and planning process for the organization.

**Minimum Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field
- At least 10 years of e-commerce operations experience
- Strong leadership skills (experience in managing a team of at least 50 people)
- Superior knowledge of managing multiple operational functions such as finance, supply chain, marketing and HR
- Able to provide innovative solutions to increase productivity
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong presentation, communication and interpersonal skills
- Results and detail oriented to generate insights with a strong emphasis on problem solving

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $8,000.00 per month

**Benefits**:
