**About The Role**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Support daily store operational matters like inventory management, stock replenishment, and POS controls.
- Help maintain accurate records of inventory levels and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Collaborate with the stores to improve store efficiency and optimize the customer experience.
- Participate in the analysis of operational data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of operational process improvements.
- Communicate with cross-functional teams to support retail objectives.
- Provide administrative support to the Retail Operations team and assist in ad hoc projects as needed.

- Insight into the day-to-day operations of a global retail business.
- Hands-on experience in inventory management, sales analysis, and process improvement.
- Exposure to cross-functional teamwork in a fast-paced environment.
- Mentorship and guidance from experienced retail professionals.

**Requirements**:

- Currently pursuing a degree in in Business Administration, Operations Management, Information Systems Management, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Power Automate).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
- A gamer at heart with a passion for the retail gaming industry.
