**Responsibilities**:
Operations Intern to assist Project Manager in daily routine tasks
- Raising purchase requisition and processing of invoices for payment to vendors.
- Scheduling and recording minutes for relevant meetings and coordinating their distribution.
- Assisting Project Managers with internal and inter-department communication and coordination on projects of various sizes.
- Identify process optimization opportunities and work with developers to implement automated pipelines.
- Helping project teams up-to-date with the latest information related to on-going projects and keeping track of the project progress.
- Extracting and generating reports from various databases periodically for the team.
- Periodically updating documentation in Confluence.
- Excellent attention to detail, enjoy organizing and want to contribute your analytical and interpersonal skills to the delivery of projects.
- Proactive, innovative, flexible and willing to take on new challenges and responsibilities with a desire to develop in project manager roles.
- Good knowledge or willingness to familiarize themselves with Microsoft Office, Jira and Confluence.
- Excellent organizational skills and a passion for maintaining high levels of organization tasks and processes.
- The ability to respond to conflicting deadlines, work independently and self-manage your time.
- “Can do” attitude, and the initiative, positivity and creativity required for continual service improvement.
