**Responsibilities**:
The Operations Intern will support the team with a wide range of administrative, project coordination and process optimization tasks. The role will also contribute to successful operations of our Cloud Services team that is responsible to develop and operate the backbone services that is consumed by millions of gamers across the world 24x7.
You will be exposed to the following areas during the internship:

- Scheduling and recording minutes for relevant meetings and coordinating their distribution.
- Assisting Project Managers with internal and inter-department communication and coordination on projects of various sizes.
- Identify process optimization opportunities and work with developers to implement automated pipelines.
- Helping project teams up-to-date with the latest information related to on-going projects and keeping track of the project progress.
- Extracting and generating reports from various databases periodically for the team.
- Periodically updating project/product documentation in Confluence.
- Manage the submission and tracking of purchase requisitions, processing of invoices, and payment to vendors.
- Attention to detail, enjoy keeping operations smooth and organized, and willingness to contribute your analytical and interpersonal skills where needed.
- Proactive, innovative, flexible and willing to take on new challenges and responsibilities with a desire to develop in project manager roles.
- Good knowledge or willingness to familiarize themselves with Microsoft Office, Jira and Confluence. Prior experiences with Microsoft Planner is a bonus.
- The ability to respond to conflicting deadlines, work independently and time management.
