**Role Overview**:
This internship is tailored for **recent graduates** who want real exposure to the inner workings of a fintech company operating in the digital wealth and investment space. You’ll get a front-row seat to how we scale, with the opportunity to grow into a **full-time Arki Management Associate based on job performance.**

**What You’ll Do**:
As a **Graduate Intern at Arki**, you’ll gain broad exposure across the business and play a key role in supporting day-to-day operations, strategic initiatives, and cross-functional projects. You’ll work closely with the leadership and core team to understand how a fast-moving fintech company runs behind the scenes.

Your responsibilities may include:

- Supporting investor communications, internal reporting, and financial documentation
- Assisting in the planning and execution of operational and client-facing initiatives
- Contributing to market research, business analysis, and strategic planning
- Collaborating with multiple teams to streamline workflows and solve real-world business challenges
- Taking ownership of mini-projects that contribute to Arki’s growth and efficiency
- Participating in internal discussions and brainstorming sessions to improve how we operate and serve our customers

**About You**:
You’re a recent graduate excited to learn, willing to dive in, and not afraid to figure things out along the way.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Clear communicator with both internal teams and external stakeholders
- Comfortable with numbers, and curious about how businesses grow and operate
- Self-starter mindset—eager to grow, adaptable, and not afraid to ask questions
