As a CFO, you will be responsible for the financial management of the business. This includes planning and forecasting cash flow as well as overseeing accounting and tax functions.

You'll also have responsibility for ensuring that all company policies are being adhered to in order to keep our finances on track. You'll oversee all aspects of this, from developing budgets to leading teams of accountants and finance staff through reconciliations each month.

We are a fast-growing small startup with big dreams. Our AI-enabled hiring platform is disrupting the industry and we need a talented CFO to help us manage our finances and achieve our mission.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement financial strategies that align with our company's goals and growth plans.
- Create and maintain accurate financial reports and budgets to ensure the company's financial health and stability.
- Collaborate with other executives to identify new investment opportunities and develop strategies for growth.
- Manage cash flow, payroll, taxes, and other financial operations to ensure compliance with regulations and laws.
- Work closely with our AI and engineering teams to integrate financial data into our platform and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and maintain relationships with investors, financial institutions, and other stakeholders to secure funding and support for our mission.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience as a CFO or similar role, preferably in a saas or tech startup.
- Strong understanding of financial modeling, forecasting, and analysis.
- Experience managing and growing teams, as well as collaborating with other executives and stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
