We are seeking a dedicated and highly organized Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our Chief Financial Officer (CFO). As a Personal Assistant to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at Aethir, you will be responsible for managing a wide range of administrative and personal tasks to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the Chief Financial Officer (CFO)'s daily life.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CFO, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence.
- Assist in coordinating and managing projects, ensuring deadlines are met and objectives are achieved.
- Conduct research, prepare reports, and draft documents as required.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and exercise discretion in all communications.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and external partners as needed.
- Assist in organizing and attending meetings, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
- Handle ad hoc tasks and projects as assigned by the CFO.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role, preferably supporting C-level executives.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Some knowledge of legal and finance concepts.
- **Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with fluency in Mandarin is mandatory to communicate with internal stakeholders.**:

- High level of attention to detail and excellent follow-up skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Professional demeanor with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
