**Job Description**:
**PURPOSE OF THE POSITION**:
Provide ongoing support to the Chief Executive Officer of MET Singapore in the establishment of the Singaporean subsidiary and the set-up of the processes in line with local regulations.

**Essential responsibilities**
- As part of the senior leadership team, provide advice and guidance on financial aspects in key decision-making processes,
- Will be responsible for the full spectrum of Finance & Accounting responsibilities:

- Oversee monthly financial close processes, financial and management reporting,
- Budgeting & forecasting, financial planning & analysis,
- Project financing, treasury and working capital management, taxation, audit,
- Evaluate business performance KPIs and implement strategic objectives into achievable plans, drive strategic planning process and play a key role in supporting company's growth plans, M&A activity and strategic initiatives,
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements as well as to company accounting policies,
- Run risk management and internal control,
- Work in close cooperation with the Group Chief Financial Officer to ensure the implementation and execution of MET Group level policies and procedures.

**Qualifications**:

- Master’s degree in finance,
- 8-10 years’ experience in finance management gained in a fast-paced international environment,
- Exposure in Power/ Energy/ Infrastructure sectors is highly appreciated,
- Working knowledge of all statutory legislation and regulations,
- Strong command of English,
- Hands-on and strategic Finance Leader to support the establishment of the start-up and the growth in the Asian region,
- Proven team management experience,
- Experience working directly with Board of Directors will be required.
