**Our Client**:
Our client is a prominent European multinational specializing in Medical Devices. They are actively looking for a Chief Financial Officer to steer their financial strategy. With a focus on innovation and excellence, they seek a seasoned professional to join their leadership team and drive financial success.

**The Responsibilities**:

- Direct and oversee all aspects of the APAC finance function, including financial planning, accounting, tax, treasury, and internal audit
- Collaborate with regional and global leadership to formulate and execute growth strategies for APAC, ensuring financial alignment and profitability
- Improve efficiency and impact of financial reporting through the implementation of a business intelligence platform
- Oversee accounts, ledgers, and reporting systems to ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulatory requirements. Manage internal controls and coordinate audit activities. Ensure continuous compliance with statutory, regulatory, and internal operating requirements
- Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives to optimize financial performance and develop a high-performing finance team across the APAC region

**The Requirements**:

- Requires 15-20 years of relevant finance leadership experience, with recent tenure in a CFO capacity, ideally within sizable businesses
- Demonstrated proficiency in evaluating organizational structures, reporting frameworks, and technical capabilities within finance teams
- Exceptional communication skills, resilience, and high drive are essential, along with the ability to work effectively with international stakeholders
- Experience in the Medical Devices Industry is highly advantageous
